Welcome to the weekly mindfulness and Vipassana meditation class conducted by me on Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm. Every Wednesday evening I give a 30 minutes talk on Dhamma, meditation, mindfulness, neuroscience, Buddhist philosophy, psychology, well-being, peace, stress-relief, ect. After the talk I take all participants through the guided meditation. This is good for beginners as well as for non-beginners. All are welcome. Inquiries:
